Do I need a membership to join the weight program?

Yes, and once you are a member the weight program is part of your regular care, not a separate service. Your membership already covers the consultations, the dose adjustments, the side-effect management, and all the follow-up visits at no additional fee. The only things you pay for are the medication itself and your baseline bloodwork, which runs about $100 at our discounted lab pricing.

What is the difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide?

Semaglutide targets GLP-1 receptors. Tirzepatide targets both GLP-1 and GIP. Tirzepatide shows higher average weight loss in trials but costs more. We will make a recommendation based on your specific history and labs.

How long before I see results?

Most patients see meaningful results within 8 to 12 weeks at a therapeutic dose. We start low and build slowly, so the first 4 to 6 weeks are titration.

What happens when I stop the medication?
