What primary care services are included?
Your membership covers unlimited office visits during office hours, unlimited access by phone, email, and text, no charge for in-office tests like rapid strep, flu, urinalysis, pregnancy, glucose, and EKG, and no charge for paperwork we complete on your behalf. You only pay separately for medications, labs sent to an outside lab, and IV hydration.
Can my whole family be on the same membership?
Each family member has their own tier based on age. Ages 0-20 are $53.50/mo ($37.45 with enrolled parent), adults 21-44 are $69.55/mo, adults 45+ are $101.65/mo. Most families with two adults and two kids pay under $300/month total.
What women's health services do you offer?
Annual exams, pap smears, and IUD removal are all included in your primary care membership.
How do specialist referrals work?
We handle the coordination. For specialists, we refer to trusted providers at negotiated cash prices or route through your insurance. Because we know your full history, referrals come with a real handoff.
What procedures can you do in the office?
