Questions about this service
What counts as a sick visit?
Sore throat, ear infection, sinus infection, UTI, rash, back pain, allergic reaction, flu symptoms, stomach bug, eye infection. If you would normally call a primary care doctor for it, we cover it.
Can I come in without texting first?
Please call or text first so we can prepare for your visit and confirm a time. We do not accept walk-ins.
What if I get sick on a weekend?
Text us. Our providers monitor messages outside office hours for urgent issues. If it can wait until Monday, we will get you in first thing. If it cannot, we will direct you to the right place.
Do you handle stitches and wound care?
Yes. Wound repair, sutures, abscess drainage, and minor laceration care are all handled in our office. No ER visit needed for most cuts and wounds.
