What chronic conditions do you manage?
Diabetes (Type 1 and 2), hypertension, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, and anticoagulation management. If your condition requires a specialist, we coordinate the referral.
How often will I need to come in?
It depends on the condition and how stable it is. Most patients with well-controlled chronic conditions come in every 3 months. If we are adjusting medications, we may see you more often.
Are labs included in my membership?
All office visits and exams are included in your membership, along with most in-office tests. Lab work sent to an outside lab is the one thing you pay for, at our discounted cash pricing, well below what a hospital charges. Most tests are under $20.
Can you manage my medications?
Yes. We prescribe, adjust, and monitor all medications for conditions we manage. If something is not working, text us. We can often adjust without requiring an office visit.
