Carmi Roque, RN has been a licensed nurse in the Philippines for almost a decade and has always been known for her passion for excellence, carrying out her work with accuracy and speed.
Before joining Gem MD, Carmi worked in public service at the national level, with the social welfare and development arm of the Philippine government's executive branch. There she managed program implementation and monitored policy adherence for that country's flagship poverty alleviation program.
She went on to earn a national certificate in medical transcription and joined Gem MD in 2020 as a healthcare virtual assistant. She quickly became a valuable part of the practice and now leads our team of three virtual assistants. She and her team are committed to helping patients with their healthcare needs while bringing a positive, friendly energy to the practice. In her spare time, Carmi enjoys outdoor adventures with friends.
