New Patient Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in Gem MD. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality and affordable primary care to patients in North Texas. I am pleased to inform you that we are currently accepting new enrollments!

Enroll: Click on the enrollment button below and choose which service you need:

• Medical Clinic: choose the “Gem MD Medical Clinic” if you are enrolling in the medical clinic for primary care.

• Weight Management: choose the “Gem MD Medical Clinic” if you are enrolling for weight management.

• IV Hydration Clinic: If you are interested in IV hydration only, select IV Hydration Clinic. Patients enrolled in the medical clinic are automatically eligible for IV hydration therapy.

After you have enrolled, we will contact you to schedule your first appointment.
