In the fee for service model office visits are scheduled one after the other with no time in between. I can't get on the phone and talk to patients. If they want to talk to me they have to schedule an appointment. The membership model frees up my time so that I can get on the phone with patients. If I can take care of a problem over the phone I will. That means less missed work and inconvenience for you.
